Security Compliance handles all complaints pertaining to DISCRIMINATION. Customers discriminated against in any service provided to them through the Driver Service Bureau may file a complaint by filling out the Title VI/ADA Complaint Form and submitting it to Lt. Johnny Delaney, Director of Security Compliance at P.O Box 958, Jackson, MS 39205. For official ADA complaints, click on our form tab.
Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act states “No person in the United States shall be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin".
The complainant will be notified in written within 10 working days of the complaint being received. The Driver Service Bureau maintains a complaint log of all complaints filed by members of the public.
